Rick Woolfrey graduated from Osgoode Hall, Toronto and was called to the Bar in 1975. His practice includes corporate and commercial law, wills and estates and commercial and residential real estate. Rick is a past secretary of the Wellington Law Association. He is a former Bar Admission Course instructor and Reviewer in the Law Society Peer Review Program. He is currently pro-bono counsel to the Law Society of Upper Canada Complaints Review Committee. Rick is a past president of the Royal City Kiwanis Club and a past president of the Guelph Chamber of Commerce. He is active in a number of local charities. Rick is also a Director of the Cutten Club in Guelph where he has the opportunity to indulge his passion for golf. He also enjoys tennis and alpine skiing.
